Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
Our dedicated Customer Account Team will manage your packaging inventory so you can focus on other business.

Our VMI Program can be set up so we take physical inventory on your floor once per week and participate in your Production Planning meetings.  We'll become an extension of  your operation that's solely focused on delivering your packaging supplies when you need them, the way you need them.

Custom Warehousing Program
We will stock every item you need on our floor and provide customized inventory and planning reports to meet your requirements.  We use a 90 day window and identify job combination's for economy of scale opportunities.  With the majority of your packaging supplies on our floor, you can use your floor space for other value-added opportunities, such as process flow improvements or new production lines.

Just-In-Time Delivery (JIT) Program
Utilizing our own fleet of trucks, we offer same or next day delivery of just-in-time shipping and packaging solutions.  By having our own fleet of trucks, we have better control of customer and vendor shipments and can immediately respond to emergency situations.

Custom Package Design Solutions
American Eagle Packaging is your single source provider of Custom Package Design Solutions.  We work as your single point of contact, leveraging our supply base to provide you with multiple design options and competitive pricing.

We partner with the multiple functions/departments internal to your organization to deliver a solution.  We use digital imaging and graphic design centers, pre-press graphic reproduction facilities, and a team of structural and mechanical packaging engineers to develop and test package design solutions.  Contact Us today to learn more.

Drop Trailer Program   
We offer a Drop Trailer Program as an extension of our JIT Program.  The Drop Trailer Program provides the flexibility to manage labor and space effectively in a dynamic environment.

Our Customer Account Team works with our customers to tailor the program to meet their specific needs.

Dedicated Customer Account Team
Each of our customers has an experienced Customer Account Team, consisting of a Sales Account Executive and a Customer Service Representative.  Together, the Customer Account Team partners with our customers to customize our service program offering and manage the VMI Program to meet their Just-In-Time needs.
